Domondemand.com is the digital download site for DOM Promotions (FCC) Ltd, a

company formed in the UK in 1996.

2. Where are your severs?

Our servers are based in Northern California and have direct Hi-Speed connection to the Internet, so you can always be assured that downloading your clips will be a fast experience.

3. Who own’s the clips?

Many of the clips we own ourselves as we shoot a lot of material, other clips are owned by people who ask us to sell them on their behalf. If you believe that any of our clips are in breach of any copyright, please e-mail us at copyright@dompromotions.co.uk

4. If I pay for and download a clip, do I own it?

Well yes and no, you do own the right to use the clip for yourself and watch it as many times as you wish. You do not however have the right to sell on the clip, this is called the legal copyright and this is retained by Domondemand.com

5. What if I download a clip and don’t like it, can I get my money back?

We do suggest that you select and purchase your clips carefully as we cannot issue any refunds as by downloading the clip, you are deemed to have watched it and therefore got what you paid for, the fact that you did not like it does not matter. However if there is a description that does not accurately describe the contents of a clip then you may be entitled to a refund in that case.

6. What will show up on my creditcard statement?

Your creditcard will be billed as DOM Promotions. No reference will be made to the website or it’s contents.

7. Will I be charged in Pounds, Dollars or Euro’s?

We will make the charge to your card in pounds, however if you are outside the UK, this will be converted to your local currency by your card company and will be shown on your statement in your own currency, therefore there may be small fluctuation due to exchange rates, prices shown on the website in currencies other than UK pounds are for illustration purposes only.

8. Will I be bombarded with SPAM?

No, we do not pass your details on to any third party and we only send you a newsletter if you ask for one. If you do not ask for a newsletter then no body will ever know you were here.
